The fluid control knob sets how far the needle can travel, which sets how much material the gun delivers. It is the control you adjust in tandem with the fan pattern — open the fan without adding fluid and the coat sprays thin; narrow the fan without backing the fluid off and it floods and runs. Included in the 5262 Rebuild Kit.
