Semi-PRO 2 Systems

Get started with everything you need for professional-grade HVLP spraying.

Each Fuji Spray system includes a turbine, spray gun, hose, and essential accessories — ready to go right out of the box.

• Best For: Weekend warriors and experienced hobbyists working on small to medium jobs — cabinets, doors, trim and furniture. Fuji calls it the go-to system for small workshops and home use.
• Power: A 2-stage, 1400-watt bypass motor generating 5 PSI. Ideal for stain, shellac, polyurethane and lacquer. Heavier paints will spray, but they will need thinning.
• Built to last: A durable metal turbine case rather than a plastic shell, with quick-change filters and a handy gun holder.
• Spray Gun: Your choice of M-Model in bottom-feed with a 1 qt aluminum cup, or gravity-feed with a 400cc aluminum cup. Both are non-bleed, both ship with a 1.3 mm air cap set, and both strip down quickly for cleaning.
• Convertible either way: M-Model guns convert from gravity to bottom feed and back, so the feed style you choose today is not the one you are stuck with.
• Air Cap Sizes: Available from 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm, six sizes, for everything from thin stains to paints with little or no dilution. A dedicated fan pattern control adjusts the pattern from wide to narrow.
• In the Box: A 25 ft Hi-Flex hose with quick-connect and air control valve, user manual, Ford #4 viscosity cup, spray gun wrench and cleaning brush.
• Warranty: 2 years on parts and labor.
• Step up if: you plan to spray latex or primers, want the Heat Dissipation Chamber™ and Noise Reduction Covers™, or want the choice of a T-Model or G-XPC gun — all of which start with the Mini-Mite Platinum.

The Semi-PRO 2 comes with the M-Model spray gun in one of two feed styles. The turbine is identical either way — only the gun changes.

• Bottom-Feed (M-Model 7001): The cup hangs beneath the gun and holds a full quart. Far fewer stops to refill, and the weight sits under your grip rather than on top of it. Best for doors, cabinet fronts, fences and anything where you are covering ground.
• Gravity-Feed (M-Model 7002G): The 400cc cup sits on top and material simply falls into the gun. Uses nearly all the finish in the cup, is quicker to clean, and gives finer control at low pressure — which is why furniture and cabinet finishers tend to prefer it.

Not sure? It matters less here than on other systems. M-Model guns convert from gravity to bottom feed and back, so you are not locked into the choice you make today. Already have a compatible spray gun? The Semi-PRO 2 can be bought as a turbine only. Note that turbine-only means the turbine alone — no spray gun and no hose.

Refurb, Scratch & Dent units are restored by Fuji Spray to near-new condition. Some are new, some are dealer returns, and the case or packaging may show minor imperfections. Every refurbished turbine is backed by Fuji Spray’s full 2-year warranty. Stock depends on what Fuji has restored, so availability comes and goes.

Where the Semi-PRO 2 stops, and what comes next.

The Semi-PRO 2 is a genuinely capable machine, and for stain, shellac, polyurethane and lacquer it will do everything you ask of it. It is worth being clear about where its limits are.

Step up to a Mini-Mite Platinum if you plan to spray latex or primers without heavy thinning, want the Heat Dissipation Chamber™ and Noise Reduction Covers™, or want the choice of a T70, T75G or G-XPC gun. The Mini-Mite 3 is the smallest step up and the least expensive way into the T-Model guns.
