MPX-30 Spray Guns

The MPX-30 is the mid-pressure gun in Fuji Spray’s X Series — the application speed of a high-pressure gun with the efficiency of HVLP, 100% stainless steel fluid passages, and a fan up to 330 mm (13"). It comes in two feed styles.

• Gravity Feed (6355G): The cup sits above the gun. The everyday choice for cabinetry, furniture, and most finishing work — quick to fill, quick to clean, and it takes the 3M PPS 2.0 system with the S2 adapter. Ships with the 1.4 mm set installed. Sold with no cup or with a 600cc nylon cup; pick the configuration on the product page.
• Siphon Feed (6350S): The cup hangs below the gun and the gun draws from it. The 1 qt aluminum cup carries more material for larger surfaces and heavier coatings. Ships with the 1.7 mm set installed. Sold with no cup or with the 1 qt aluminum cup.

Fuji’s kit adds a second air cap set — 1.3 mm with the gravity gun, 1.4 mm with the siphon — and an inlet pressure regulator with gauge.

The gravity MPX-30 ships with a 1.4 mm air cap set and the siphon with 1.7 mm. Five sizes from 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm are available, shared by both. Browse individual sizes below.

• 0.8 mm: Ideal for ultra-fine applications such as inks, dyes, and touch-up work. Best suited for artists and highly detailed projects.
• 1.0 mm: Perfect for fine finishing tasks, including water-based lacquers, sealers, and stains. This is a versatile choice for most clear finishes.
• 1.3 mm: Offers a slightly higher output, making it suitable for automotive enamels, catalyzed lacquers, and latex paints on cabinetry and trim.
• 1.5 mm: Provides medium output, ideal for spraying walls, ceilings, and larger surfaces with materials like primers and oil-based paints.
• 1.8 mm: Designed for high output applications, including thick coatings like epoxy, adhesives, and multi-fleck paints.
• 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm: These sizes are for very high output needs, suitable for industrial primers, texture coatings, and heavy latex applications on large surfaces.
