Returns are simple: 30 days, no restocking fee, and a real person handles it. Here's how it works.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items must be brand new, unused. We do not charge a restocking fee. For any warranty or product questions, we will put you in touch directly with Fuji Spray Systems.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase — or just the email address you ordered with, and we'll look it up.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@spraysystem.store. Please note that you will be provided with a return address once your return has been authorized.
If your return is authorized, we'll give instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll also give you the option to either ship the product yourself using your carrier of choice or have us send you a return shipping label. If you choose the latter, your return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Our warehouse will not accept unauthorized returns.

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Email us at hello@spraysystem.store as soon as you can and we'll stop the order and refund you in full. Once a package is in transit it becomes a return, and the process above applies.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, gift cards, or items marked non-returnable at the time of sale.
Refurbished, Scratch & Dent turbines carry Fuji Spray's full warranty and can be returned or repaired like any other item we sell. Because these units are sold restored rather than new, the return condition is the condition in which you received them — unused, and in the original packaging.
We are happy to ship worldwide, but we can only accept returns on orders shipped within the United States. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please consider your shipping method, insurance and liability before you buy, as we are not able to accept the item back once it has left our warehouse. Warranty and product questions can still be directed to Fuji Spray, and we're glad to help put you in touch.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
