Award-winning HVLP equipment, Canadian-engineered since 1986 — and why buying from an authorized dealer matters.
Award-Winning Innovation
The
Fuji Spray D6 won the
2025 WOOD Innovation Award from
WOOD Magazine — recognition for Fuji’s first 6-stage HVLP turbine, which delivers up to 11.5 PSI and sprays most high-viscosity coatings with no thinning required. Across the range, Fuji quotes upwards of 85% transfer efficiency — most of what you pay for in the coating lands on the work.
Proven Since 1986
Fuji Spray has designed and manufactured HVLP turbine systems and spray guns since 1986. Based in Toronto and building with Canadian technology, Fuji has spent four decades focused on one thing: helping people get a professional finish, whatever the size of the job.
Engineered to Last
All-metal turbine cases, stainless steel fluid passages, and motors designed to run cooler for longer life. The
Q PLATINUM Series uses Fuji’s patented Noise Reduction Technology for markedly quieter operation, and the
Mini-Mite Platinum Series adds a Heat Dissipation Chamber™ to extend motor life.
A System for Every Level
From the
Semi-PRO 2 for weekend projects through the
Mini-Mite Platinum and
Q Platinum lines, up to the 6-stage
D6 for full-time finishers. Add
T-Model,
M-Model and
G-XPC spray guns plus a full range of
air cap sets, and there’s a setup to match your work and your budget.
Support Behind the Purchase
Every Fuji Spray system is covered by a
Limited 24 Month Warranty, and the D6 goes further at 2+1 year parts and labor. Fuji’s technical team is reachable at +1 (800) 650-0930 or
support@fujispray.com, and as an authorized Fuji Spray dealer we’re here to help you choose and to look after you afterward.

Genuine Fuji equipment, bought direct
We are an authorized Fuji Spray dealer and buy all of our inventory directly from Fuji. What arrives is current Fuji Spray equipment in Fuji packaging — shipped from our warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan or direct from Fuji Spray. No parallel imports, no repackaged stock, no guesswork about what you’re getting. If you’d ever like to confirm our status, Fuji will verify it directly at +1 (800) 650-0930.
Why not just buy on a marketplace?
We buy all of our inventory directly from Fuji Spray, so what arrives is current equipment in Fuji packaging, with a clean, dated receipt Fuji will honor at claim time. Marketplace and third-party listings can't promise any of that — you don't always know how old the stock is, whether it's genuine, or whether you'll have proof of purchase when something goes wrong. The price difference, if any, is rarely worth what it costs you later.
Proof of purchase that holds up
Fuji’s
warranty covers the original purchaser from the date of purchase, and any claim has to be submitted with proof of purchase. Buying from a recognized dealer means you have a clean, dated receipt when you need one — which is exactly the moment you don’t want to be explaining where a machine came from.
Service that doesn’t cost you your coverage
Fuji’s warranty is void if repairs are made or attempted by anyone other than Fuji Spray or an authorized agent. If something goes wrong, we’ll put you straight onto Fuji’s technical team and, where it’s needed, an approved
service center — so getting a problem sorted doesn’t quietly end your warranty.
Genuine parts, correctly matched
On a Fuji gun the fluid nozzle, needle and air cap are a matched set, and mismatched or non-genuine parts show up in the finish. We stock genuine Fuji
air cap sets and replacement parts for
T-Model,
M-Model and
G-XPC guns, so the part you order is the part Fuji designed for the job.
Refurbished units, full warranty
Our
Refurb, Scratch & Dent turbines are restored by Fuji Spray and carry the same Fuji Spray warranty as a new unit. The case or packaging may show a mark or two; the coverage is identical.

We spray with this equipment ourselves
Sys Tim has been running a Fuji Mini-Mite 3 Platinum for years — remodeling homes, refinishing kitchen cabinets and painting furniture. So when you ask which air cap to use, or whether a system will handle the finish you have in mind, the answer comes from someone who has stood in front of the work.
Carrying on what Roger Phelps built
For more than two decades, Roger Phelps of Phelps Refinishing served the Fuji Spray community — and he is where Sys Tim bought his own first Fuji equipment. When illness forced Roger to close the business in early 2025, conversations with his team and with Fuji Spray led to Spray System Store. We are here to look after his customers, and everyone else who sprays Fuji.
Shipped quickly, answered personally
Orders leave our warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan — a facility we have shipped from for over seven years — and most Midwest deliveries arrive in one to three days. Email, chat and the contact form all reach a real person, usually Sys Tim himself.
There is more of the story on our About page. If you are weighing up which system to buy, start with the HVLP Turbine Buying Guide — or just get in touch. We would rather help you buy the right thing the first time.
