Fuji's side-mounted gravity-feed spray gun, built for precision, visibility, and control in tight or awkward spaces.

Dialing in the fan pattern. The G-XPC’s side-mounted control works like a motorcycle throttle — roll it forward for a narrow pattern, roll it back to open up a fan around thirteen inches wide, with every width between. Adjust the fluid control in tandem as you go: wide fans need more material or they spray thin, and narrow patterns flood if the fluid stays high. Like every Fuji gun, rotating the air cap flips the pattern between vertical and horizontal. Fuji’s five-minute walkthrough covers it side by side with the T- and M-Models.

Your G-XPC gun ships with a 1.4 mm air cap set. Already have one and want to fine-tune your spray pattern for a different material or finish? Browse individual sizes below.
Each air cap set includes a fluid nozzle, needle, and air cap. The nozzle and needle must be the same size — together they meter how much material reaches the air stream — while the air cap can go one size up or down from that pairing to fine-tune atomization. Size by what you spray, not by the gun: thin materials like dyes, stains, and clear lacquers want a smaller nozzle; heavy latex, primers, and filled coatings want a larger one.
Fuji’s Air Cap Quick Reference Sheet (PDF) maps every size against the materials it suits.
