LX-20 Spray Guns

The LX-20 is the HVLP gun in Fuji Spray’s X Series — a general-purpose compressor gun that replaces a conventional high-pressure gun with the same familiar controls, faster application, and higher transfer efficiency. It comes in two feed styles.

• Gravity Feed (6265G): The cup sits above the gun. The everyday choice for cabinetry, furniture, and most finishing work — quick to fill, quick to clean, and it takes the 3M PPS 2.0 system with the S2 adapter. Sold with no cup or with a 600cc nylon cup; pick the configuration on the product page.
• Pressure Feed (6260P): A 3/8" fluid inlet in place of a cup, fed from a pressure pot. For large jobs and heavy material where a cup would run dry — bathtub resurfacing, long production runs. Sold as the gun only; pair it with a Fuji pressure pot.

Both ship with the 1.4 mm air cap set installed. Fuji’s kit also includes the 1.2 mm and 1.7 mm sets and an inlet pressure regulator with gauge.

• 0.8 mm: Ideal for ultra-fine applications such as inks, dyes, and touch-up work. Best suited for artists and highly detailed projects.
• 1.0 mm: Perfect for fine finishing tasks, including water-based lacquers, sealers, and stains. This is a versatile choice for most clear finishes.
• 1.3 mm: Offers a slightly higher output, making it suitable for automotive enamels, catalyzed lacquers, and latex paints on cabinetry and trim.
• 1.5 mm: Provides medium output, ideal for spraying walls, ceilings, and larger surfaces with materials like primers and oil-based paints.
• 1.8 mm: Designed for high output applications, including thick coatings like epoxy, adhesives, and multi-fleck paints.
• 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm: These sizes are for very high output needs, suitable for industrial primers, texture coatings, and heavy latex applications on large surfaces.
