The Fuji Spray LX-20 is the HVLP gun in the X Series — a general-purpose compressor gun built to replace a conventional high-pressure gun in professional finishing, from woodworking to bathtub resurfacing. Side-mounted fan pattern control gives precise, reduced-overspray adjustment up to a 330 mm (13") fan, and 100% stainless steel fluid passages handle waterborne and solvent-based coatings from thin dyes to high-solid clears. At 502 g it is light in the hand, and it uses the same familiar controls as a conventional gun, with faster application and higher transfer efficiency.
It ships with the 1.4 mm air cap set installed, with five sizes from 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm available to match the material. Fuji's kit also includes the 1.2 mm and 1.7 mm sets and an inlet pressure regulator with gauge, so the gun is ready for a clear coat, a sealer, or a heavier build without a second purchase.
The gravity-feed LX-20 is available with no cup or with a 600cc nylon cup. Choose the configuration above.
To use this gun with the 3M Paint Preparation System (PPS) 2.0, you'll need the S2 Adapter (#MMM26003), sold separately. Compressor guns take 3M's standard PPS 2.0 cup straight off the fluid coupler. Fuji’s own how-to shows the same install on a V8 with its S15 adapter.
