Each Fuji Spray system includes a turbine, spray gun, hose, and essential accessories — ready to go right out of the box.

• Best For: Full-time finishers and anyone spraying high-viscosity industrial coatings — catalyzed lacquers, primers, varnishes, urethanes, enamels and 2K acrylic topcoats, most of them undiluted.
• Power: Generates up to 11.5 PSI from a 6-stage turbine — the most Fuji makes. The Smart Select Control Panel adjusts from 1-stage (3 PSI) to 6-stage (11.5 PSI) and self-calibrates, so one machine handles delicate touch-up and heavy primer without compromise.
• Features: Two-stage turbo filtration with a check filter light — every other Fuji system is single-stage. Easy Pause Remote to adjust and pause without walking back to the turbine. Cast aluminum body rather than a plastic shell, a fold-away spray gun holder, and Heat Dissipation Technology to keep the motor cool through long sessions.
• In the Box: A 30 ft Hi-Flex hose with quick-connect and air control valve — 5 ft longer than any other Fuji system — plus a bonus bundle of accessories included with every D6.

Spray Gun Feed Styles: Bottom-Feed vs. Gravity-Feed vs. Side-Mounted

• Gravity-Feed (T75G): With the cup above the gun, gravity-feed models are perfect for smaller jobs and tight spaces. They offer better maneuverability and are easier to clean, making them a favorite for detailed work like cabinetry.
• Bottom-Feed (T70): Ideal for larger projects, these guns have the fluid cup beneath the gun, allowing for higher capacity (up to 1 quart). This setup is well-balanced and reduces the need for frequent refills, making it suitable for extensive spraying tasks.
• Side-Mounted Gravity-Feed (G-XPC): With the cup mounted to the side rather than on top, the G-XPC keeps the gun's profile low and well-balanced while still relying on gravity feed for consistent, low-effort spraying. This design improves sightlines to the workpiece and makes it easier to spray in tight or awkward positions, such as horizontal surfaces or corners, without the cup getting in the way.

Refurb, Scratch & Dent units are restored by Fuji Spray to near-new condition. Some are new, some are dealer returns, and the case or packaging may show minor imperfections. Every refurbished turbine is backed by Fuji Spray’s full 2-year warranty. Stock depends on what Fuji has restored, so availability comes and goes.

Is the D6 more machine than you need?

The D6 is the most capable turbine Fuji builds, and it is worth being honest about when that matters. If you spray catalyzed lacquers, 2K topcoats, urethanes or high-build primers and you would rather not thin them, nothing else in the range will do it. If you spray stain, lacquer, waterborne finishes and latex with modest thinning, a Q5 Platinum or a Mini-Mite 5 will lay down the same quality of finish for considerably less.

What the D6 gives you that nothing else does: pressure that adjusts from 3 PSI to 11.5 PSI at the panel rather than at the gun, two-stage filtration with a check filter light, an Easy Pause Remote, a 30 ft hose, and a warranty a full year longer than the rest of the range.

Working to a budget? Fuji restores a limited number of turbines to near-new condition and sells them as Refurb, Scratch & Dent, carrying the full 2-year Fuji warranty. Stock comes and goes, but when a D6 appears it is the cheapest way to get one.

Check Filter light staying on? After a filter change, the D6’s Check Filter light stays on until you recalibrate. With the fresh filter fitted, press buttons 3 and 4 on the front panel together — the turbine starts on its own, steps through all six stages, and shuts off when it’s done.
