Fuji's premium spray gun line, built for professionals and serious finishers who demand precision and comfort on every job.
T-Model guns come in two configurations — T70 and T75G — each suited to different project sizes and workflows.

Dialing in the fan pattern. The T-Model’s patented pattern control sits on the side of the gun, where your fingers already are — no reaching around mid-pass. It runs continuously from a one-inch stripe to a fan roughly thirteen inches wide. Two habits make it sing: adjust the fluid control in tandem (a wide fan starves without more material; a narrow one floods and drips), and for fine detail, go narrow, ease the fluid back and move closer — the pattern tightens to a quarter inch with almost no overspray. Rotating the air cap flips the orientation: horizontal cap for a vertical fan, vertical cap for horizontal. Fuji’s five-minute walkthrough shows all of it.

Your T-Model gun ships with a 1.3 mm air cap set. Already have one and want to fine-tune your spray pattern for a different material or finish? Browse individual sizes below.
Each air cap set includes a fluid nozzle, needle, and air cap. The nozzle and needle must be the same size — together they meter how much material reaches the air stream — while the air cap can go one size up or down from that pairing to fine-tune atomization. Size by what you spray, not by the gun: thin materials like dyes, stains, and clear lacquers want a smaller nozzle; heavy latex, primers, and filled coatings want a larger one.
Fuji’s Air Cap Quick Reference Sheet (PDF) maps every size against the materials it suits.
