VALOR Spray Guns

Fuji Spray Auto’s VALOR Series for professional automotive refinishing: M100 CLEAR for clear coat, H100 BASE for base coat, and the compact Mini H50 for spot repair.

Guidance for VALOR Spray Gun Selection

Guidance for VALOR Spray Gun Selection

The VALOR Series is Fuji Spray Auto’s line for professional automotive refinishing. Three guns, split by the coat you are laying down.

  • Mini H50 (0277H): Spot repair and blends. The VALOR precision in a compact 200cc nylon-cup configuration that weighs 337 g, with fan patterns up to 260 mm at 9–25 PSI. Ships with a 1.0 mm set; 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm are available.
  • H100 BASE (8277H): Purpose-built for base coat. A lightweight forged aluminum body with anodized internals, side-mounted fan pattern control up to a 320 mm (12.6") fan, and three air cap sets from 1.3 mm to 1.7 mm — the range base and color work actually uses.
  • M100 CLEAR (8266M): The clear-coat counterpart, same body and controls, with the widest cap range in the series — five sets from 1.2 mm to 2.1 mm, so it covers fine clears through heavier material.

Choose your cup: the H100 and M100 are sold with no cup, a 600cc aluminum cup, or a 600cc nylon cup — pick the configuration on the product page. All three take the 3M PPS 2.0 system: the S27 adapter for the Mini H50, the S15 for H100 and M100.

The three cap families do not interchange, so choose the sets that match your gun.
