The Fuji Spray VALOR H100 BASE is purpose-built for base coat application in professional automotive refinishing. A lightweight, ergonomic forged aluminum body with anodized internals keeps the gun comfortable through long shifts, while precise side-mounted fan pattern control with clear markings produces up to a 320mm (12.6") fan pattern. Optimized for waterborne or solvent-based coatings in high-production facilities, with fewer internal components for easy cleaning and maintenance.
H100 BASE or M100 CLEAR? The H100 is the base-coat gun, with three air cap sets from 1.3 mm to 1.7 mm — the range base and colour work actually uses. The M100 CLEAR is its clear-coat counterpart and spans wider, five sets from 1.2 mm to 2.1 mm.
To use this gun with the 3M Paint Preparation System (PPS) 2.0, you'll need the S15 Adapter (#MMM26046), sold separately. Compressor guns take 3M's standard PPS 2.0 cup straight off the fluid coupler. Fuji’s own how-to shows the same adapter-and-cup install on a V8.
