The Fuji Spray MPX-30 is the mid-pressure gun in the X Series — built for professional finishing with the rapid application speed of high-pressure equipment and the efficiency of HVLP. Side-mounted fan pattern control gives precise, reduced-overspray adjustment up to a 330 mm (13") fan, and 100% stainless steel fluid passages handle waterborne and solvent-based coatings from thin dyes to heavy-bodied paints. At 503 g it is light in the hand, with the familiar controls of a conventional gun and less thinning than a fine-finish HVLP.
It ships with the 1.4 mm air cap set installed, with five sizes from 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm available to match the material. Fuji's kit also includes the 1.3 mm set and an inlet pressure regulator with gauge.
The gravity-feed MPX-30 is available with no cup or with a 600cc nylon cup. Choose the configuration above.
To use this gun with the 3M Paint Preparation System (PPS) 2.0, you'll need the S2 Adapter (#MMM26003), sold separately. Compressor guns take 3M's standard PPS 2.0 cup straight off the fluid coupler. Fuji’s own how-to shows the same install on a V8 with its S15 adapter.
