The spindle valve is what lets turbine air through the gun when you pull the trigger. When a trigger starts feeling sluggish, Fuji’s first move is to lubricate the spindle valve behind the trigger; if that does not free it, this is the replacement. Note the manual’s warning not to flood the gun with solvent — that is how spindle valves and valve seals get damaged in the first place.
