The Fuji Spray MP-V8 is the mid-pressure gun in the V8 Series, built for high-volume production with outstanding finish quality. A forged aluminum gun body with anodized fluid passages stands up to daily shop use, while precise side-mounted fan pattern control produces up to a 315mm (12.4") fan pattern with reduced overspray. The standard 1.3mm air cap set delivers up to 85% transfer efficiency and meets South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) requirements for cleaner, more cost-effective finishes, across a wide 1.2–2.2mm tip range — with fewer internal components for easy maintenance.
To use this gun with the 3M Paint Preparation System (PPS) 2.0, you'll need the S15 Adapter (#MMM26046), sold separately. Compressor guns take 3M's standard PPS 2.0 cup straight off the fluid coupler. Fuji’s own how-to shows the same adapter-and-cup install on a V8.
