The Fuji Spray H-V8 is the HVLP entry in the V8 Series — an auto pro-grade gun built for high-volume production without sacrificing finish quality. A forged aluminum body with anodized fluid passages stands up to daily shop use, while precise side-mounted fan pattern control produces up to a 325 mm (12.8") fan with reduced overspray. It delivers up to 85% transfer efficiency and is SCAQMD certified, so less material ends up in the air and more ends up on the panel.
The HVLP air cap gives a soft, even spray for both base and clear coats, and handles waterborne or solvent-based coatings. It ships with the 1.4 mm air cap set installed, with six sizes from 1.2 mm to 2.2 mm available to match the material. Fewer internal components mean quick cleaning between colors.
The H-V8 is available with no cup, a 600cc aluminum cup, or a 600cc nylon cup. Choose the configuration above.
To use this gun with the 3M Paint Preparation System (PPS) 2.0, you'll need the S15 Adapter (#MMM26046), sold separately. Compressor guns take 3M's standard PPS 2.0 cup straight off the fluid coupler. Fuji’s own how-to shows the same adapter-and-cup install on a V8.
