Each air cap set includes a fluid nozzle, needle, and air cap. It’s essential that the fluid nozzle and needle match in size, while the air cap can be adjusted one size up or down to fine-tune atomization. Factors like material viscosity, ambient conditions, and desired finish quality may influence your choice. It’s often beneficial to experiment with different air cap sizes to achieve the best results for your specific project.
