The Fuji Spray MPX-30 is the mid-pressure gun in the X Series — built for professional finishing with the rapid application speed of high-pressure equipment and the efficiency of HVLP. Side-mounted fan pattern control gives precise, reduced-overspray adjustment up to a 330 mm (13") fan, and 100% stainless steel fluid passages handle waterborne and solvent-based coatings from thin dyes to heavy-bodied paints. At 503 g it is light in the hand, with the familiar controls of a conventional gun and less thinning than a fine-finish HVLP.
It ships with the 1.7 mm air cap set installed, with five sizes from 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm available to match the material. Fuji's kit also includes the 1.4 mm set and an inlet pressure regulator with gauge.
The siphon-feed MPX-30 draws from a cup below the gun — the 1 qt aluminum cup carries more material for larger jobs. It is available with no cup or with the 1 qt aluminum cup. Choose the configuration above.

To use this gun with the 3M Paint Preparation System (PPS) 2.0, you'll need the S18 Adapter (#MMM26054), sold separately. Compressor guns take 3M's standard PPS 2.0 cup straight off the fluid coupler. Run the Large or Midi hard cup from a Cup Kit, by the size of the job — the Large for a bigger project, the Midi for a smaller one. Fuji’s own how-to shows the same adapter-and-cup install on a V8.
3M PPS 2.0 · fits this gun
This gun takes the S18 adapter (MMM26054) and the standard PPS 2.0 hard cup from a Cup Kit. No High Output cup is needed on a compressor gun.
Each Cup Kit has 50 liners, 50 lids with 200 micron filters, 32 sealing plugs and the hard cup. The adapter is sold separately. Siphon work usually takes the Large; the Midi suits a smaller project.
Fitting tip: drop a liner into the hard cup, lid it, then push the gun onto the lid and give it a quarter turn. Watch Fuji's install video
