Why won’t the lid fit my High Output cup?

Each Cup Kit has 50 liners, 50 lids with 200 micron filters, 32 sealing plugs and one reusable hard cup.Refills: Standard/Large lids and Midi/Mini/Micro lids in 25-packs, and Large liners in a 100-pack. Midi and Mini liners come in their Cup Kits.

Which liners and lids go together?

Does the Large cup fit the G-XPC?

No. On the G-XPC’s side-mounted position the 28 oz Large cup hits the trigger, so use the Midi.

How do I store leftover paint?

Leave it in the liner: push a sealing plug into the lid and store the cup upside down, so the filter stays wet and doesn’t dry out.

The 3M PPS 2.0 S2 adapter fits the Fuji Spray T75G, MPX-30 Gravity Feed, LX-20 Gravity Feed and PRIMIS P30, so the gun takes 3M's disposable PPS 2.0 cups: mix in a liner, spray, throw the liner away, with no cup to clean. It is stainless steel and stays on the gun; each cup locks onto it with a push and a quarter turn.

It is the short adapter, which keeps a gravity gun's footprint small for getting into tight spots. Fuji's walkthrough shows the install.

On a Fuji turbine gun, Fuji specifies the High Output (H/O) cup: the Midi or the Large. Its base takes the gun's pressure tube, so turbine air collapses the liner as you spray. The cup doesn't surge as it runs low, and the gun sprays at any angle, upside down included. Lids and liners go inside it, from a Cup Kit or the refill packs.

On a Fuji compressor gun the adapter takes the standard PPS 2.0 hard cup from a Mini, Midi or Large Cup Kit, with no H/O cup needed. Drop a liner into the cup, lid it, then push the gun onto the lid and give it a quarter turn.
